Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is hiring a Relief Sales Manager to support Greater Bowling Green, Franklin, Russellville and surrounding areas.

This full-time role focuses on execution, upselling and merchandising with emphasis on large format customers and on-premise accounts. You will drive growth by engaging key accounts, implementing shelf re-allocations, setting up displays and ensuring product availability across the territory.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in customer service in retail or sales with targets.
• Must lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Proof of auto insurance and access to reliable vehicle.
• Ability to travel within territory if needed.

Responsibilities

• Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to drive growth and meet volume objectives for assigned accounts.
• Pre-sell products, promotions, displays, POS materials, and service needs with key account personnel.
• Develop shelf re-allocations to maximize brand sales.
• Install revamped beverage sections and place POS material per standards.
• Stock and merchandise brands in beverage sections, racks, and displays.
• Assist in vendor changes in chain stores; ensure operation and availability.
• Maintain sales records and reports on promotional activity, competitive sales and space allocations.
• Maintain back stock for in-store stocking and merchandising.
