Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking a Relief Sales Manager to lead upsell and merchandising across Greater Cookeville and surrounding areas.

This full-time role focuses on retention, penetration of large format customers, and on-premise accounts, ensuring stock, displays and promotions align with brand standards. You will work with our 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai and other fan-favorite brands, coordinating with stores to optimize shelf space, fulfill orders, and drive volume in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience with targets.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Proof of vehicle insurance.
• Access to a dependable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to maximize growth and achieve volume objectives.
• Contact key personnel in accounts for pre-selling products and promotions.
• Develop beverage shelf reallocations to maximize sales.
• Install revamped beverage sections, displays and POS materials per standards.
• Stock and merchandise brands in the beverage section, including racks.
• Assist in selling and placement of vendors in chain stores; monitor operations.
• Maintain sales records and reports on promotions and space allocations.
• Ensure adequate back stock for in-store stocking and merchandising.
