Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Relief Sales Manager for the Greater Louisville area to drive growth for a portfolio including 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai and more. The role emphasizes up-selling, fulfillment, and merchandising with a focus on on-premise and large-format accounts.

This is a full-time position requiring weekends and a 7:00 am start, with overtime as needed. The candidate will manage shelf allocations, coordinate displays, and maintain stock levels across assigned accounts while

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience in retail or sales with accountability for targets/up-selling.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Proof of vehicle insurance.
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to maximize growth, distribution, and achieve volume objectives.
• Contact key personnel in assigned accounts for pre-sell products, promotions, and displays.
• Develop and implement beverage shelf reallocations to maximize brand sales.
• Assist in installation of revamped beverage sections and placement of point-of-sale materials.
• Stock and merchandise brands in allocated beverage sections including racks and displays.
• Maintain accurate sales records for all accounts, including reports on promotions and space allocations.
• Maintain back stock to ensure product availability for in-store stocking and merchandising.
