Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking an Account Sales Manager for St. Joseph, MO and surrounding areas to drive brand growth and ensure optimal shelf presence.

You will manage up-selling, replenishment, and merchandising efforts across multiple accounts, while maintaining strong relationships with store personnel and ensuring product availability. The role requires 2 years of retail or sales experience, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years of customer service experience in a retail environment or a sales position with accountability for sales targets/up-selling.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Proof of vehicle insurance.
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.

Aufgaben

• Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to maximize brand growth, share growth, and distribution while meeting volume objectives.
• Engage with key personnel in assigned accounts to pre-sell products, promotions, displays, POS materials, and store revamps.
• Develop and implement beverage shelf reallocations to maximize sales of KDP brands.
• Assist in installing revamped beverage sections, displays and POS placement per merchandising standards.
• Stock and merchandize KDP brands in the beverage section, including racks and secondary displays.
• Support in vendor changes for chain stores; ensure proper operation, cleanliness, and availability.
• Maintain accurate sales records for all accounts and report on promotions and space allocations.
• Ensure back stock levels are adequate for in-store stocking and merchandising.
