Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is hiring an Account Sales Manager for Springdale, Rogers, and surrounding areas. The role focuses on up-selling, replenishment, and merchandising across assigned accounts.

You will support KDP brands like 7UP, Snapple and Core in retail stores, ensuring retention and penetration by geography. Schedule is full-time, Monday–Friday, first shift starting at 6:30 am. Requires valid driver's license and access to reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience in a retail environment or a sales position with accountability for sales targets/up-selling.

Responsibilities

• Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to maximize brand growth, share growth, distribution and achieve volume objectives.
• Contact key personnel in assigned accounts pre-selling products, promotions, displays, POS material and service requirements.
• Develop and implement beverage shelf reallocations to maximize KDP brand sales.
• Install revamped beverage sections, displays and POS materials per merchandising standards.
• Stock and merchandise KDP brands in the allocated beverage section, including racks and secondary displays.
• Assist in sale, placement and changing of vendors in chain store accounts and ensure product availability.
• Maintain accurate sales records including promotional activity, competitive sales and space allocations.
• Maintain back stock to ensure product availability for in-store stocking and merchandising.
