Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking a Relief Account Sales Manager for Orange County / East LA County to drive upsell, fulfillment, and merchandising across assigned retailers. You will focus on retention and penetration of large-format customers, supporting brands like 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai, and more.

The role requires a full-time schedule with a 5:00 am start, Monday–Friday, and occasional weekends. You will handle on-premise and retail accounts, stocking shelves, and placing displays while

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience in a retail environment or a sales position with accountability for sales targets/up-selling.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Proof of vehicle insurance.
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to maximize growth and to obtain specific volume objectives by providing a seamless experience to customers in the absence of an Account Manager.
• Contact key personnel in assigned accounts pre-selling products, promotions, displays, POS material, beverage section revamps, and service requirements.
• Develop and implement beverage shelf reallocations designed to maximize sales of Keurig Dr Pepper brands.
• Participate in installation of revamped beverage sections, displays and placement of POS material according to merchandising standards.
• Stock and merchandise Keurig Dr Pepper brands in the allocated beverage section, including racks and secondary displays.
• Assist in sale, placement, and changing of vendors in chain store accounts; check for proper operation, cleanliness, selection and product availability.
• Maintain accurate sales records for all assigned accounts, including reports on promotional activity, competitive sales and space allocations.
• Maintain adequate back stock to ensure product availability for in-store stocking and merchandising.
