Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Relief Sales Manager for Greater Oshkosh, Appleton and surrounding areas. The role focuses on up-selling, replenishment, and merchandising, accountable for retention and penetration of large format customers by geography, and supporting on-premise accounts.

You will work with Keurig Dr Pepper brands like 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai, and other favorites in retail stores across the territory. Full-time schedule with early start, weekends required, and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience in retail or sales with accountability for targets/up-selling.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to maximize growth, share and distribution.
• Contact key personnel in accounts for pre-selling products, promotions, displays and service requirements.
• Develop and implement beverage shelf re-allocations to maximize brand sales.
• Assist in installation of revamped beverage sections, displays and POS materials.
• Stock and merchandise brands in allocated beverage sections and displays.
• Assist in sale and placement of vendors in chain store accounts; monitor operation and product availability.
• Maintain accurate sales records including promotional activity and space allocations.
