Elwood Staffing is hiring a Business Development Manager to sell staffing services to light industrial and manufacturing sectors. This full-time role emphasizes in-person client engagement, proposal development, and building long-term partnerships across a local territory.

The position offers base pay with uncapped commissions, car and cell allowances, a company laptop, and growth opportunities in a nationwide staffing firm.

Formación

• Sales training available for those new to sales.
• Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office or related software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license required for travel between branches and clients.

Responsabilidades

• Identify leads, qualify prospective business, create proposals, present to clients, and create new sustainable business partnerships.
• In-person outreach 70-75% of the week; travel between the branch and prospect/client locations.
• Present customized staffing solutions that meet prospective client staffing needs.
• Drive negotiations, close deals, and onboard new accounts with service-team collaboration.
