Job summary

Elwood Staffing is seeking a Business Development Manager to identify leads, qualify clients, and build new partnerships. Expect 60-70% local travel with an auto allowance; this is not a remote role.

The position emphasizes developing customized solutions, negotiating deals, and onboarding accounts while coordinating with a service team for delivery.

Qualifications

• Outside sales or new account business development experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and resolve issues with urgency.
• Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A valid driver's license is required for this role to travel between the branch and prospect/client locations.

Responsibilities
