Job summary

Belmont Elm is looking for a Business Development Associate/Manager responsible for maintaining relationships with contractors and builders to facilitate sales in the lumber and building materials sector. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a background in sales within the construction industry.

This position requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel within the assigned territory while generating leads and supporting customer needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development or sales, preferably in the lumber, building materials, or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of wood products, engineered lumber, building materials, millwork and blueprint takeoffs.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
