Job summary

Culligan Ultrapure is seeking a Residential Water Treatment Consultant to own a defined territory, hunt for new opportunities, and service company-provided leads by performing in-home water tests and presenting tailored solutions to homeowners.

You will follow up with prior customers for additional equipment and referrals, build trust and long-term relationships, and partner with service and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience while growing your pipeline.

Qualifications

• BS degree preferred with emphasis in Sales or Marketing and 1+ year of sales experience.
• Proven residential sales experience preferred.
• Community involvement.
• Excellent time management, telephone, and presentation skills.
• Ability to obtain Culligan Sales License within 90 days of employment.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Take daily ownership of territory and hunt for new business while servicing company-provided leads.
• Assess prospects' needs, conduct in-home water tests, and present tailored solutions.
• Follow up with customers for additional equipment opportunities and referrals.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with homeowners.
• Partner with service and installation teams for a seamless customer experience.
• Grow pipeline through referrals, networking, and community involvement.
• Track activity and results to stay aligned with goals.
