Job summary

Culligan Ultrapure is seeking a Residential Water Treatment Consultant in Columbus, IN. You will hunt for new business, service leads, conduct in-home water tests, and tailor solutions to homeowners.

You’ll follow up on opportunities, build trust, and collaborate with service teams for a seamless customer experience. The role rewards performance with strong income potential; this requires field sales, relationship-building, and active networking within the community.

Qualifications

• BS degree preferred with an emphasis in Sales or Marketing along with 1+ year of sales experience (relevant experience will be considered in place of degree)
• Proven track record of residential sales experience is preferred.
• Community involvement.
• Excellent time management, telephone, and presentation skills.
• Ability to obtain Culligan Sales License within 90-days of employment.
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Take daily ownership of your territory and hunt for additional business opportunities while servicing company-provided leads
• Assess prospects' needs, conduct in-home water tests, and present tailored solutions to homeowners
• Utilize follow-up techniques with customers that previously purchased to inquire about additional equipment opportunities as well as referral offerings
• Build trust and long-term relationships with homeowners
• Partner with service and installation teams to provide a seamless customer experience
• Grow your pipeline through referrals, networking, and community involvement
• Track your activity and results to stay aligned with your goals
