Long Fence is seeking a Residential Sales Associate to join our sales team. This full‑time exempt role covers West Virginia territory, with appointments assigned in that region.

You will meet customers one‑to‑one, present fencing and sunroom options, and customize solutions to fit each customer’s needs. You will work in a driven team environment, enjoying six weeks of paid sales training, comprehensive benefits, and a base plus commission compensation structure.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to work a full-time, flexible schedule, including Saturday's.
• Superior customer service skills and professional demeanor.
• Ambitious, self-motivated individuals who want to join a winning team.
• Experience using Salesforce is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Meet one-on-one with customers to discuss fencing, sunrooms and related services.
• Present samples and brochures to customers with a personal, low-pressure approach.
• Customize each project to the customer's needs.
• Work with the sales team to manage appointments and territory opportunities.
