Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required for Trainee; Bachelor's degree may be preferred or required for higher levels.
• Position offers progression from Trainee (F08) to I (F09) or II (F10) based on experience and qualifications.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Handle property claims within designated authority and service assigned territory.
• Investigate property claims, assess damage, and prepare estimates.
• Maintain reserves, determine coverage, and issue payments or declines as needed.
• Document claim files and interact with agents and district managers.
• Participate in training programs and stay current on policy changes.
