Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking an Account Executive for Business Sales to drive new accounts and expand our footprint in the Raleigh-Durham/Fayetteville area. This hunter role emphasizes prospecting, needs analysis, and solution-based selling to deliver mobile products and services to small and medium businesses (1-9 employees).

You will exceed monthly targets, negotiate deals, and build lasting relationships while leveraging T-Mobile's full benefits, programs, and incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience (preferred).
• Outside B2B sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation through prospecting, cold calling and networking.
• Identify customer needs and demonstrate value with solution-based selling.
• Negotiate and close deals.
• Develop skills in prospecting, call execution and relationship management.
• Create effective sales approaches and proposals.
• Utilize sales automation and manage sales funnel.
• Grow and maintain the customer base within territory.
