GEN Aspire, LLC dba Batteries Plus is seeking an Outside Commercial Sales Representative to grow our B2B business. You will own a territory, acquire new customers, expand existing accounts, and reactivate inactive ones, meeting decision-makers face-to-face and delivering proposals.

Based in Virginia, you will spend mornings planning at the office and afternoons in the field, using a CRM to manage opportunities and close deals.

Qualifications

2+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
A self-starter who opens doors and asks for the business.
Strong prospecting, negotiating, follow-up, presentation, and closing skills.
Comfort using a CRM to manage activities and opportunities.
Ability to understand pricing, gross margin, and profitability.
Strong organization, energy, persistence, and attention to detail.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Own an assigned territory and drive new customer acquisition.
Grow existing commercial accounts and reactivate inactive customers.
Build and manage a sales pipeline, prospect via calls and field visits.
Meet face-to-face with owners and decision-makers, prepare proposals and quotes.
Close opportunities and coordinate with store teams for delivery and service.
Maintain CRM records and forecast sales through opportunities.
