Job summary

Batteries Plus is seeking an energetic outbound sales professional to join our Commercial team in Wisconsin. You will focus on high-volume outbound calls, turning leads into active accounts, and driving revenue growth across our commercial channels.

What You'll Do includes calling decision-makers, delivering compelling pitches, converting leads to accounts, and logging all activity in Salesforce. Collaboration with coaches and cross-functional teams is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications, or 4 years of related experience.
• At least 1 year of inside sales, outbound phone sales, or cold-calling experience with proven success.
• Excellent verbal communication and confident phone presence with a consultative sales style.
• Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools (Salesforce strongly preferred).
• Coachable, adaptable, and a team player in a fast-moving environment.

What We're Looking For
