Summit Business Group is seeking an Entry Level Direct Sales Associate to proactively pursue new business in a defined territory. You will engage business owners and decision-makers, present our benefits programs, and drive new revenue through field sales and scheduled follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of full-time work experience in any profession.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Make daily in-person sales calls to small and medium businesses in your territory (B2B).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Connect with key decision makers and schedule appointments to present supplemental benefits programs.
• Report daily sales stats at end of day.
• Submit weekly work schedule and goals to team leader.
• Attend business networking events to generate new leads and referrals.
• Reservice existing client accounts periodically and systematically.
• Enter client information weekly into CRM.
