Summit is seeking an Entry Level Direct Sales Associate to join our team in Cheyenne, Wyoming. This role targets driven individuals who handle independent territory management, build relationships with business owners, and present Summit's insurance solutions.

You'll start with training and, once ramped, conduct in-person sales calls across your territory, scheduling follow-ups to secure commitments, with a fast-paced environment and clear paths to recognition and advancement.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of full-time work experience in any field.

Responsibilities

• Make daily in-person sales calls to SMBs in your territory.
• Build relationships with customers and establish trust.
• Schedule appointments to present supplemental benefits programs.
• Report daily sales stats.
• Submit weekly goals to team leader.
• Attend business networking events to generate leads.
• Service existing client accounts periodically.
• Enter client information into CRM weekly.
