Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a high-performing B2B Sales Representative to grow new business in an assigned territory. The role emphasizes prospecting, closing complex contracts, and building long-term client relationships with business customers.

You will prospect leads, present on-site assessments for uniform rental and facility services, and develop tailored proposals to close multi-year agreements. A driven, coachable mindset and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of B2B sales experience in related industries preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing a full sales cycle.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills; self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Willingness to take coaching and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads across a defined territory via cold calling, networking, referrals, and visits.
• Conduct on-site assessments and presentations for uniform rental and facility services.
• Develop tailored proposals and close multi-year service agreements.
• Maintain CRM with client information and activity; track progress toward quotas.
• Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
