Batteries Plus is seeking an Outside Commercial Sales Representative to grow a dedicated commercial portfolio. You will identify new business opportunities, nurture existing accounts, and partner with store teams to drive B2B success across the territory.

The role focuses on executing the full commercial sales process, conducting in-person visits, and delivering tailored product and service proposals while promoting B2B ordering solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in direct B2B sales or commercial sales.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills; ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; able to present to small groups.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Google Suite; familiarity with CRM platforms preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.

Responsabilités

• Grow assigned territory by identifying, qualifying, and securing new commercial customers.
• Develop and execute account-specific action plans to increase sales volume and customer engagement.
• Conduct outbound cold calls and schedule appointments to generate new leads.
• Assist in preparing special pricing and bid quotes when requested.
• Collaborate with stores to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and service.
