Job summary

Hankey Group External in San Diego, CA, is seeking an Internal Sales Representative to drive growth of the dealer network and achieve new lease origination goals. The ISR will reengage non-producing dealers, add dealers, and coordinate with lender partners.

The role reports to National Sales Director and collaborates with President and regional teams to implement sales strategies. Strong communication and industry knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive finance or leasing preferred.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 5–10 years of relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison between CULA, dealer reps and approved dealers via Teams, phone and email.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with auto dealerships in the indirect leasing program.
• Establish positive relationships with dealerships to generate indirect leasing volume.
• Present information to prospective dealers to diversify the portfolio.
• Conduct trainings at all levels to auto dealers to develop new business.
