Job summary

Westlake Services, LLC seeks an Internal Sales Representative to drive lease origination in the California territory by reengaging non-producing dealers and expanding the dealer network. You will coordinate with CULA, lender partners, and regional teams to grow indirect leasing volume and improve sales execution.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, presenting leasing options to dealers, conducting trainings, and maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications

Experience in automotive finance, leasing, banking, or credit unions preferred.
Auto dealership or CULA leasing experience a plus.
Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered.
Valid driver's license and current auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between CULA, the dealer representatives and their approved dealers via Teams calls, phone and email.
Cultivate and enhance existing relationships with auto dealerships participating in CULA’s Lender Partner’s Indirect Leasing Program.
Establish positive, professional relationships with dealerships to generate indirect leasing volume.
Contact prospective dealers to present information on the company’s indirect leasing services to diversify the portfolio.
Conduct presentations/trainings at all levels to auto dealers to develop new business.
Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
Work with CULA Regional Sales Managers and Lender Partner dealer representatives to increase participating dealers and leases.
Maintain a high level of consistent communication with approved dealer partners.
Current Account Support: Monitor market conditions and recommend changes to the company’s products and develop new products.
Establish positive relationships with management at lender partners to foster a partner relationship.
Communicate via Teams, phone and email to dealers, lender reps, and RSMs to boost lease market penetration.
Study money factors and lending guidelines to ensure market acceptance and volume.
Professionally represent CULA at trade conferences.
CULA Internal: Resolve customer, lender and dealer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations.
Maintain activity and client contact information in Salesforce.
Maintain and compile monthly volume statistics for management.
Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports.
Analyze and report data regarding competitor’s monthly payment structures and market strategies.
May use tools like mGauge, AutoCount, NCUA/FDIC Data, ALG Residual Forecasts and Risk Analysis to refine sales strategies.
