Autotrader, a Cox Automotive brand, is hiring a Client Success Manager to grow and retain subscription revenue and manage a dealer portfolio in the Cleveland area. You will present data-driven insights to dealers, collaborate with Cox Auto sales teams, and expand relationships across multiple decision makers.

You will drive ROI-focused reviews, identify cross-sell opportunities, and advocate for dealers during onboarding while maintaining strong field presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years' experience in a related field.
• Travel within an assigned sales territory will be required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed revenue, retention, and referral goals.
• Manage Sales Pipeline and Forecasting.
