You will travel within the territory, conduct car-buying appointments, and guide customers through the purchasing process from evaluation to completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel between branch locations within the assigned territory.
• Experience in sales, retail, customer service, call center, automotive, or customer-facing roles preferred but not required.
• Proficient with computers, iPads, mobile devices, email, and sales systems.

Responsibilities

• Travel between branch locations within the assigned territory.
• Conduct car-buying appointments with customers.
• Contact vehicle sellers by phone, email, text, and other approved communication channels.
• Build rapport, explain the value of our service, and guide customers through our vehicle purchasing process.
• Inspect and test drive vehicles as part of the purchasing process.
• Negotiate purchase offers and complete vehicle purchase transactions.
• Maintain customer records and follow-up activities.
• Meet or exceed sales and activity goals.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional branch environment.
