Qualifications

• Degree in agriculture, marketing or business-related discipline or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet customer service expectations through directing Crop Specialist and Location Manager.
• Develop cropping programs with accurate record keeping and tracking of customer programs.
• Develop territory and competitive analysis to maintain market knowledge.
• Identify customer needs and offer value-added agronomic products and recommendations.
• Schedule product deliveries and applications, soil testing, and other programs.
• Follow up on customer complaints and seek win/win resolutions.
