Job summary

Ability to develop sales strategies in an agricultural products territory.
Proven skills in using digital systems to enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

Meet customer service expectations via Crop Specialist and Location Manager guidance.
Develop cropping programs with accurate record keeping and tracking of customer programs.
Perform territory and competitive analysis to stay aware of the market and competitors.
Conduct sales interviews, identify needs and offer value-added agronomic products and recommendations.
Assist with patron meetings on product and technical information.
Schedule product deliveries, soil testing, crop scouting and other programs for customers.
Follow up on complaints and pursue win/win resolutions.
Quote prices and credit terms; prepare sales contracts for orders.
Promote credit programs as a sales tool.
