Job summary

Conserv FS, Inc. seeks a Crop Sales Associate to grow sales in an assigned territory by promoting agronomic products, delivering value to customers, and building strong relationships.

You will travel to client locations, analyze markets, support credit programs, and work with operations to ensure timely product delivery.

The position requires an Associate’s Degree and 1–2 years of related experience, plus a valid driver’s license; willingness to obtain CCA and Commercial Applicator certifications.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in agriculture, marketing or business related discipline.
• 1–2 years of business related work experience or training.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Seller’s or solicitor’s license where required by law.
• Ability to work extended hours and travel within territory.
• Ability to obtain Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) and Commercial Applicator certifications as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develops target marketing plans and trains on professional sales techniques.
• Travels to client locations within the assigned territory to obtain orders and promote Conserv FS products.
• Develops territory and competitive analysis to maintain market knowledge.
• Adheres to Conserv FS’s sales and marketing strategies and participates in trainings.
• Responsible for meeting sales goals as established by supervisor.
• Provides customer service by scheduling deliveries, soil testing, crop scouting, and other programs.
