Job summary

Reynolds Farm Equipment LLC is seeking an Agricultural Salesperson to manage existing customers and attract new ones around Mooresville, IN. You will understand customer needs, promote equipment, and deliver excellent service while maintaining confidentiality and teamwork across departments.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to travel in the defined territory, and a proven track record in equipment sales or related field. Base salary with commission, plus benefits, is offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ years equipment sales experience.
• Proficient in data entry and paperwork.
• Knowledge of agricultural or turf equipment helpful.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer base and represent Reynolds Farm Equipment in the defined sales area.
• Identify new customers and develop plans for the defined area.
• Maintain customer information for sales management.
• Demonstrate new/used equipment and explain operation to customers.
• Work with management to set annual sales goals and budgets.
