Job summary

Reynolds Farm Equipment is seeking an Agricultural Salesperson to manage existing customers and attract new ones in Mooresville, Indiana and surrounding counties. You will help customers select the right equipment and build lasting relationships while upholding confidentiality and corporate values.

Qualifications

• 1+ years equipment sales experience; demonstrated experience meeting performance metrics preferred.
• Proficient data entry and typing; effective verbal and written communication in a team environment.
• Knowledge of agricultural or turf equipment and farming practices preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and sales workflow applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer base and represent Reynolds Farm Equipment for sale of machinery in the defined area.
• Identify new customers and develop plans to cover the sales area.
• Maintain customer information in territory for sales management.
• Maintain current product knowledge on features/benefits of equipment.
• Follow the defined sales process and communicate with management.
• Participate in customer events and equipment demonstrations.
• Assist with setting annual sales goals and budgets with management.
