What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect new business and maintain relationships with independent facilities in the assigned territory
- Collaborate with the Regional Key Account Manager to onboard newly acquired facilities
- Drive growth by identifying opportunities for premium products and line extensions
- Conduct approximately 18 calls per week to distribution and end-user facilities
- Manage CRM systems and organizational processes to track sales activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or a minimum of three (3) years of experience in account management
- Three (3) years of sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Proven track record in leading the sales process, including prospecting and closure
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and effective communication skills
- Willingness to travel 70% of the time and possess a valid driver’s license

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Long-Term Care sales or account management
- Strong team collaboration skills
- Ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with healthcare sales processes and customer relationship management
