What you'll do

The Territory Account Specialist manages Diversey's businesses within their assigned territory. The role involves surveying, installing, maintaining, and repairing chemical dispensing platforms and leased dish machines at customer sites. The individual will deliver the value proposition and meet contracted service level agreements for primarily laundry, kitchen, and housekeeping applications. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships is essential. This is a field, remote position, utilizing emerging electronic technology for communication, reporting, and auditing.

What you're responsible for
  • Ensure customers have an outstanding experience with the Diversey cleaning and sanitation program.
  • Establish excellent relationships at all customer organization levels (end users, supervisors, managers).
  • Adhere to policies, procedures, and best practices raised by the EHS department to ensure a secure environment.
  • Install equipment following Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Conduct routine visits and maintain existing customer equipment in working condition.
  • Train customers on safe equipment use, Safety Data Sheets, cleaning procedures, and product information.
  • Check inventory levels, process purchasing orders, and ensure program compliance.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer by recapping focus areas, following up on issues, and capturing customer satisfaction.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems or conditions.
  • Manage inventory levels in the company vehicle and storage units.
  • Repair leased dish machines and equipment according to priorities and service agreements.
  • Complete administrative duties such as daily timesheets, follow-up on purchasing orders, documenting equipment/parts consumption, and reviewing weekly customer visit plans with your manager.
  • Participate in paid annual training and mandatory safety training.
What qualifications you must have
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of field service experience maintaining industrial equipment or selling cleaning solutions/equipment to hospitality or food service businesses.
  • Availability to support emergency calls during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Computer skills including email, Excel, Word, Google Apps, and mobile apps.
  • Valid US Driver's License with a good driving record and ability to drive long distances.
  • Physical ability to move objects up to 40 lbs and perform precise work in limited spaces.
  • Proficiency with power tools, plumbing, and electrical skills.
  • Professional attitude, self-motivated and self-directed.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, communication, decision-making, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to achieve company goals.
What qualifications are a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce (FSL).

The expected compensation range is $51,800 to $72,555 plus discretionary bonuses, depending on experience and other factors.
