Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking an Account Sales Manager for Pecos, Fort Stockton, Monahans, West Odessa and surrounding areas in TX. This full-time role focuses on up-selling, replenishment, and strong merchandising execution across small and large format customers.

You will drive brand growth for 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai and more, while maintaining stock levels, displays, and POS materials. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or sales with targets or up-selling.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to maximize growth, share, and distribution.
• Contact key personnel in accounts to pre-sell products, promotions, displays, POS materials, and revamps.
• Develop beverage shelf reallocations to maximize brand sales.
• Install revamped beverage sections, displays, and POS placement per merchandising standards.
• Stock and merchandise brands in the beverage section, including racks and secondary displays.
• Assist in vendor changes in chain stores; check operation, cleanliness, and product availability.
• Maintain sales records for accounts, including promo activity, competitive sales, and space allocations.
• Ensure back stock is adequate for in-store stocking and merchandising.
