Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking an Account Sales Manager Lead for Midland, Odessa, and San Angelo, TX. You will drive up-selling and fulfillment, support development of other Account Managers, and manage brand execution for 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai and more across the territory.

The role requires 3 years in customer-facing sales or retail, plus a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. Competitive salary with comprehensive benefits and occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• 3 years of customer service experience in retail or sales with accountability for sales targets/up-selling.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Sell inKDP brands to maximize growth, share growth, distribution, and to meet volume objectives.
• Monitor ads and assist AM in execution of ads in the market.
• Monitor POI activation in bulk stores and close voids weekly.
• Develop and maintain a complete vacation/holiday/paid time off schedule for AM coverage.
• Conduct monthly STS with each AM to support development.
• Conduct periodic training sessions for Account Managers on safety, sales, merchandising, and communication.
• Assist the District Manager with day-to-day operations using Margin Miner, Route Manager, MyDay, AmPlify, and EEA app.
• Fill in for District Manager and Merchandising Manager as needed.
• Learn Merchandising Manager duties for bulk area (labor reports, XORA, Kronos) and related KBIs.
• Participate in leadership and management training and cross-train across departments to prepare for growth opportunities.
