Job summary

North American raw material specialty chemical supplier is seeking an Account Manager to cover the Southeast and Midsouth regions from home with daily travel into the territory.

You will sell a broad range of raw material specialty chemicals to Personal Care and Industrial markets, build strong customer relationships, and develop territory strategy while coordinating with internal teams. Travel ~30% expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience selling raw material chemicals to personal care and industrial markets.
• Bachelor's degree required; science preferred (chemistry or biology).
• High energy, self-motivated seller with proven success.

Responsibilities

• Sell broad range of raw material specialty chemicals to Personal Care & Industrial markets in the Southeast/Midsouth.
• Call on labs, formulators, chemists, and purchasing; in-person selling.
• Develop territory strategy and execute the plan; build strong customer relationships.
• Communicate with internal departments, suppliers, and senior leadership.
• Travel overnight ~30% as needed.
