Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking an Account Manager to cover the full immunodiagnostic product portfolio in the Allergy & Autoimmune market. The role requires managing and expanding existing business, negotiating contracts, and leading tender responses within a territory.

Travel and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Clinical, Technical Services and Application Specialist teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in laboratory, scientific or healthcare industries.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing business and grow Allergy & Autoimmune market to meet targets.
• Manage and grow customer accounts across territory with cross-functional teams.
• Negotiate contracts and tenders, including capital sales and reagent rentals.
• Lead tender responses and engage with MSPs; conduct site visits and business reviews.
• Operate CRM (SFDC) and Power BI for forecasting and planning.
• Travel 50-75% to meet customers and attend meetings/events.
