Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific's Immunodiagnostics Division seeks a seasoned sales leader to drive allergy testing growth across the Southeast region. You will lead a team of Clinical Sales Specialists, recruit and develop talent, and implement district strategies to expand lab utilization and advocacy among health systems.

The role requires 7+ years in healthcare sales, 3+ years in people leadership, and willingness to travel 60–80%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare field.
• 7+ years sales experience in healthcare or diagnostics.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience operating in matrixed organizations.
• Strong communication and strategic selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Clinical Sales Specialists to drive allergy growth within assigned district.
• Recruit, hire, coach, lead, train and develop a highly-talented sales staff to build a strong, and motivated work team.
• Develop the District strategy and tactics to increase utilization of allergy testing to achieve 100%+.
• Coordinate resources to act on opportunities for growth and optimized lab utilization.
• Grow territory with initiatives once commitment is received from labs and health systems.
• Develop and cultivate advocacy to drive sales and market growth collaborating with customer assignments.
• Provide business insight and value to retain customer and enhance relationships.
• Persuasively articulate the clinical and economic case for expanded testing at executive levels.
• Participate in company meetings for training and product information updates.
• Assist with growth and development of the sales team by providing training and guidance.
