Job summary

Cleanslate is seeking a Territory Account Manager to cover Richmond, VA. This outside sales role combines field service with equipment maintenance and customer training to drive cleaning solutions in hospitality accounts.

You will install and service ware washing and laundry equipment, train customers, and grow sales in your territory while ensuring facilities operate safely and efficiently. A valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 lbs are required; company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• Mechanical experience (plumbing, electrical) and ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
• Availability to provide service on emergency calls, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and perform maintenance on ware washing, laundry, and dispensing equipment.
• Grow sales within existing hospitality accounts through training, service, and demonstrations.
• Learn customer warewashing, laundry, and housekeeping systems and provide expert solutions.
• Ensure facilities are fully operational and teams are trained in equipment use.
• Provide emergency service to existing customers via phone or in person.
