Position Summary
As an AST Territory Account Manager at STERIS, you will drive revenue and margin growth within an assigned territory for Applied Sterilization Technologies (AST). Your responsibilities include managing customer relationships and understanding marketplace dynamics within Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, and Consumer Manufacturers. You will negotiate long-term agreements for complex technical products, set and execute strategic goals, and collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Quality teams to ensure high customer focus.

The pay range is $118,000 - $125,000, with potential on-target earnings of $160,000 - $180,000. The position requires compliance with hospital/customer credentialing requirements.
