Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to join our growing team. The role involves managing and expanding our client base across Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Louisiana, Arkansas, Kansas, and Missouri. The Manager will drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Serve as the main contact for client inquiries, escalations, and feedback.
  • Identify opportunities to add value by understanding client needs.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to meet revenue targets and increase market share.
  • Pursue new business opportunities in the region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client needs.
  • Promote company products/services to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Upsell and cross-sell to existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market trends.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
  • Gather client feedback for product and service improvements.
  • Maintain proper documentation and compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Keep accurate records of interactions and transactions.
Qualifications
  • Minimum five years of experience in distribution channels, automotive, data centers, tenant storage, or automated warehouses, with regional connections.
  • Strong knowledge of storage solutions, automation, robotics, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the region.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
