How You'll Help Us Connect The World:

RUCKUS is searching for a Territory Account Manager to strategically manage its business for the West territory. This role drives revenue, increases market share, develops strong customer and partner relationships, and fosters new business. You will execute the sales go-to-market strategy and collaborate with channel partners to drive sales and channel functions. Residency within the territory is required, with a preference for California residents.

Requirements:

  • Experience with IT, networking, and wireless products, with the ability to leverage technology for business outcomes.
  • Ability to establish professional relationships, including with executives, to understand business needs.
  • Proven ability to prospect and nurture growth opportunities through account planning.
  • Experience building and executing territory account plans with partners and internal teams.
  • Experience selling complex solutions using value-based and consultative sales techniques.
  • Ability to cultivate relationships with channel partners and implement a channel-centric go-to-market approach.
  • Deep understanding of the full sales cycle and structured sales process.
  • Familiarity with forecast methodologies, providing weekly updates.
  • Excellent time management skills, with high autonomy and self-direction.
  • Ability to maintain excellent Sales Force hygiene and meet KPIs.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of proven success in sales, technical sales, or related fields.
  • Technical knowledge of IP networking, wireless products, software solutions, and services, including competitive offerings.
  • Self-motivated with openness to coaching and mentoring.
  • Track record of exceeding revenue goals.
  • Experience presenting technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level executives.
  • Proficiency with MEDDICC and SFDC forecast methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Our salary ranges consider various factors, including benchmarking, skills, experience, education, geography, and business needs. The expected total compensation (base salary and commission) for this role is $123,600.00-$190,000.00, depending on experience.

Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and accidental death insurance, 401(k), and participation in the Incentive Plan. Starting employees are eligible for holidays, paid vacation, and other leave options.
