RUCKUS is searching for a Territory Account Manager to strategically manage its business for the Los Angeles Metro area. This critical role drives revenue, increases market share, develops strong customer and partner relationships, and develops new business. In this role, you will execute the sales go-to-market strategy and work with channel partners to apply a hands-on approach to driving sales and channel functions. Candidate residence within the territory is required, specifically within Southern California.

Requirements
  • Experience working with IT, networking, and wireless products, with the ability to leverage technology to deliver business outcomes.
  • Ability to establish professional relationships (up to the executive level) with clients and prospects to understand their business needs.
  • Proven prospecting and nurturing skills for growth opportunities using account planning; active management through scheduled reviews.
  • Experience building and executing territory account plans in collaboration with partners and internal teams to increase success rates.
  • Experience selling complex solutions, using value-based and consultative sales techniques.
  • Ability to cultivate relationships with channel partners and implement a channel-centric go-to-market strategy.
  • Deep understanding of the full sales cycle and structured sales processes.
  • Proficiency in forecast methodologies and providing weekly updates.
  • Excellent time management, autonomy, and self-direction.
  • Ability to maintain high-quality Sales Force hygiene and meet KPIs.
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of proven sales experience, technical sales, or related fields.
  • Experience in SLED market is preferred.
  • Technical knowledge of IP networking, wireless products, software solutions, and competitive offerings.
  • Self-starter with openness to coaching and mentoring.
  • Track record of delivering and exceeding revenue goals.
  • Experience presenting technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level executives.
  • Proficiency with MEDDICC and SFDC forecast methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.

Salary range: $175,000 - $270,000 total compensation, considering various factors including experience and location.
