Position
Thales is hiring a Territory Account Manager (TAM) responsible for managing a territory and maximizing revenue for Thales products. The role involves detecting and creating new opportunities within the assigned region, generating accurate sales forecasts, and delivering consistent revenue performance with growth targets. Revenue responsibility ranges from $1M to $2M annually.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and develop strategic prospects and existing customer relationships.
  2. Identify, qualify, and quantify opportunities within the region and lead sales efforts.
  3. Develop and deliver technical sales presentations.
  4. Manage all sales cycle aspects, including prospecting, relationship development, and account planning.
  5. Achieve revenue and growth objectives.
  6. Collaborate with sales support, pre-sales, and post-sales teams to forecast, track opportunities, and close deals.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience in the IT industry.
  • Experience selling software products and/or subscriptions, working with F2000 accounts.
  • Experience managing all sales cycle aspects and closing complex deals.
  • Ability to up-sell and identify new customers proactively.
  • Comfortable in technical discussions.

The total target compensation (TTC) range is $94,488.50 - $190,937.50 annually, depending on various factors including experience and internal equity.
