Job summary

Choice Home Warranty is seeking a Territory Account Executive – Real Estate Services to develop new business and strengthen relationships with mortgage professionals and real estate brokerages. This field-based role requires daily travel across your Michigan territory and a proven ability to close deals.

You will educate clients on our home warranty programs, deliver outstanding service, and manage a robust sales pipeline in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Home Warranty, Real Estate, Mortgage, or Title industries preferred.
• Existing book of business within real estate strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of successful outside sales or account management.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate professionals and brokerages.
• Conduct daily face-to-face sales appointments and presentations.
