Job summary

Justworks is seeking an Account Executive to cover the Orange County territory. You will manage a full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—building relationships with small businesses, conducting market research, and delivering Justworks’ HR and payroll solutions.

The role requires a hunter mentality, strong communication skills, and 2+ years in a B2B sales cycle. Expect travel within the territory and a base salary with incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years experience in an Account Executive role with a complete sales cycle.
• Experience in Lead generation for B2B in a high-velocity setting (SaaS/Fintech).
• Proven ability to hunt new logos, close deals and deliver results.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to simplify complex topics.

Responsibilities

• Manage own book of business, end-to-end pipeline from prospecting to close; meet quotas.
• Establish presence in Orange County, develop marketing and networking plans.
• Proactively prospect for new business using market research and tools.
• Articulate Justworks value proposition to new customers.
• Be the voice of customers; provide feedback to product and internal teams.
• Be an ambassador for Justworks and its solutions; travel within the territory (25%).
• Perform other duties as needed by the department.
