Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven success managing a full sales cycle in B2B
• Ability to build trust from front desk to C-suite
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• CRM discipline, preferably Salesforce
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory
• Growth mindset and adaptability in emergency restoration contexts

Responsibilities

• Drive growth through local outreach, networking, referrals, and events
• Build a robust pipeline and manage opportunities in Salesforce
• Deliver solution-based presentations to show why Kustom is the trusted partner
• Develop and expand service needs with local accounts
• Engage with decision-makers across commercial, industrial, and residential markets
• Coordinate with operations, estimators, and project teams for seamless handoffs
• Provide frontline market insights and identify growth opportunities
• Stay ahead of industry trends and weather-driven risks in your market
