Job summary

Roche is seeking an Account Executive for Core Lab to drive sales across San Jose, San Francisco and Marin, CA. You will manage key accounts, build new relationships, and articulate the economic value of Roche Diagnostics products to customers.

The role requires field-based work, travel within the territory and a proven track record in complex, capital equipment sales to hospitals and reference labs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of relevant sales or equivalent experience.
• Participation in an accelerated development, fellowship or rotational program may be considered in lieu of experience.
• Experience selling capital equipment and laboratory equipment into Hospitals/Reference Laboratories.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales objectives in targeted accounts.
• Develop customer prospects and maintain relationships with decision makers.
• Present quantified economic value and differentiate Roche products.
• Prepare proposals for assigned accounts and negotiate contracts.
• Plan territory and conduct business analysis and routing for efficiency.
