Responsibilities

• Recruit experienced general and skilled personnel to join our teams.
• Assist in morning check-ins/handoffs at client locations.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews with candidates.
• Manage onboarding process for new employees.
• Maintain up-to-date candidate job boards.
• Coach, mentor, and train new employees.
• Support Account Executives in building effective teams for clients.
• Develop client relationships and attend networking events.

Overview

We are hiring an Associate Account Executive to join our expanding company which specializes in temporary construction staffing. As an AAE you will spend 75% of your time learning from the Account Executives how to recruit, place, and manage highly efficient teams for your projects. The other 25% of your time will be spent in the field building upon your relationships with the clients and ensuring you have the right personnel in the right positions.

Responsibilities:

• Recruiting experienced general and skilled personnel to join our teams
