Job summary

Southwest Accessories Group is seeking a Territory Sales Account Manager to promote GM and Ford Accessories in assigned dealerships across the region. The role combines salary and commission, with a car allowance and cell phone allowance.

You will train dealership staff, support sales goals, and develop in-dealership displays and incentive programs. Travel to Fort Worth, TX for quarterly meetings is expected, with emphasis on meeting monthly territory objectives.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial sales experience desired.
• Residence near assigned territory required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Train, advise and support GM/Ford Accessories sales in dealerships.
• Achieve monthly territory and market objectives.
• Consult with dealership managers to improve sales processes and profitability.
• Develop in-dealership displays, POS materials and incentive programs.
• Train dealership staff on accessories selling processes.
