Job summary

Stratis Group in Minneapolis seeks an Access & Reimbursement Manager to serve as a dedicated reimbursement resource in an assigned territory, educating providers on payer requirements and access processes for cardiovascular products.

The role requires travel, collaboration with sales and patient services, and the ability to navigate ROE guidelines, payer policies, and CMS guidelines to support patient access.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in managed care, field reimbursement, patient services, or sales.
• 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Cardiovascular/Cardiology and hospital systems experience a plus.
• Willingness to travel 3–4 days per week with overnights within the territory.
• Strong communication and education skills with HCPs and staff.

Responsibilities

• Educate provider offices on payer requirements and POS.
• Develop and execute territory access plans.
• Coordinate with sales, hub partners, and CRM documentation.
• Provide in-person visits and client meetings.
• Monitor payer policies, formulary coverage, and access barriers.
• Ensure compliant ROE alignment and report field insights.
